 These two stories high luxury villas have two bedrooms and two bathrooms One bathroom is in the master bedroom and the other is in the hallway.  This villa also has a comfortably sized laundry room.

Villas on the first floor have a terrace. Second floor villas have a balcony and a third-floor terrace approximately 18 x 20.

Each 2 bedroom villa comes with 2 parking spaces.

 All villas are intelligent home ready (installation is not included.) 

They range from 500 to 1,569 square feet.
