Our lovely beachfront condo apartment has all the comodities you will need for a relaxing tropical retreat.

The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom and two additional twin size beds in the living room (Hi-riser)  which may be used to accomodate additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with refridgerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffe maker, and more. The apartment also has central A/C, cable TV, private parking, 24 hour surveillance, and a coin operated washer and dryer in the building.

To go to the beach, you just need to go down the elevator and you are there.  The apartment building also has at your disposal a pool and tennis and basketball courts for your enjoyment.

This apartment is conveniently located in Isla Verde's Main Avenue and is at a walking distance from everything. Take a stroll down the avenue and you may go to the main plaza, where you will find a large variety of fast foods and restaurants, such as Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Domino's Pizza, Ponderosa, Burger King,  local restaurants, among others.

You may go dancing at El San Juan Hotel on weekends or play in any of the casinos that are available in nearby hotels, such as the Marriott Courtyard and the Ritz Carlton.

Or you may take a car ride to Old San Juan, one of Puerto Rico's main tourists attractions, only a few minutes away.

If you prefer shopping, you may visit Plaza las Americas and/or  Plaza Carolina, both just a short drive away.
