Our lovely beachfront condo apartment has all the commodities you will need for a relaxing tropical retreat.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a king size bed in the main room and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. In the living room you will also find two additional folding beds,  which may be used to accommodate additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more.

The apartment also has  A/C units , two TV's with Cable, and a private parking. There is also a private washer and dryer in the apartment.

From the apartment you will have a lovely view of the ocean, which is just a few yards away!

This apartment is conveniently located in Isla Verde's Main Avenue and is at a walking distance from everything. Take a stroll down the avenue and you may go to the main plaza, where you will find a large variety of fast foods and restaurants, such as Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Domino's Pizza, Ponderosa, Burger King,  local restaurants, among others.

You may go dancing at El San Juan Hotel on weekends or play in any of the casinos that are available in nearby hotels, such as the Marriott Courtyard and the Ritz Carlton.

Or you may take a car ride to Old San Juan, one of Puerto Rico's main tourists attractions, only a few minutes away.

If you prefer shopping, you may visit Plaza las Americas and/or Plaza Carolina, both just a short drive away.
