 Villa Caterina is an independent structure that can accommodate groups up to 16 people.
THE PARK: The villa is surrounded by a large park, with spaces for your cars and many green spaces.
SWIMMING POOL: Open from April to October, it is rectangular and has a dimension of 6 x 12 m, with a depth from 90 cm up to 160 cm. It is fully equipped with beds, deckchairs, chairs, tables, umbrellas, sun shower and toilet.
THE INTERIOR: The villa consists in two comfortable apartments with separate entrances, camera toscanabut the entire property is always rented to a single guest. Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.
SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen (towels and sheets), initial and final cleaning, barbecue and wood oven, internet access, welcome gift, maintenance of the park and swimming pool.
